  • We are located at 1010 North Flood Ave, Norman OK. In central Norman with easy access to the interstate and not far from the OU campus.

  • 400 guests, (blank) seated.

  • 3 hour minimum for events and 6 hour minimum for weddings.

  • 8:00am - 12:00am

  • We take cash, check or credit card. There is a 3.5% fee for using a card.

  • You will sign a contract with us, pay a deposit and half of your contract price. This can be done in person, over the phone, or online.

  • There is a $500 security deposit for weddings and a $250 security deposit for all other events. The deposit will be returned following your event if there is no damages and the venue is left clean.

  • You will pay half of your contract amount on the day you sign your contract and the remaining half will be due 30 days prior to the event/wedding.

  • Yes, you are free to use who you choose. We also have a list of preferred vendors as well

  • No, clients are the responsible for setup and clean-up. You are welcome to set up as you wish. Trash removal, sweeping and wiping down tables & chairs should be done at clean-up. Also, clients are responsible for removing everything they brought with them, including all decor and any left over food and drink items.

  • All setup occurs during your rental period. If extra hours are needed, they can be purchased as additional hours. If you are wanting to add a rehearsal day before the wedding, the day can be rented per hour when you sign the contract.

  • NOT PERMITTED: Foil confetti, paper confetti, sequins, glitter, hay, the use of nails, tacks, glue, or staples to affix items to the walls or floor.
